To view a breaking wave from below is an awesome visual experience, I tried to recreate the vacuous physics at work- the chain of energy, explosions of air bubbles, the imploding pocket of the tube folding in on itself seemingly in reverse, a relentless surge toward shore.

Originally inspired by the boiling beast of wave that is Todos Santos, I went on to do some screenprints with many variations, to be posted at a later date.
